High Voltage Connector Assembly

The High Voltage Connector Assembly makes electrical connections between the High Voltage Transformer Assembly and the removable toner cartridge. Three connections are made: high voltage DC power for the primary corona wire, DC and AC bias for the developing cylinder, and the toner sensor signal coming from the cartridge. The High Voltage Connector Assembly is not usually sold as a spare part since Canon considers working on high voltage systems to be dangerous.

All SX, RX and TX printers use the same assembly and we are not aware of any revisions.

Special Note

Though it is usually sold as part of the High Voltage Transformer Assembly, a limited quantity of this assembly and its associated components is available from The Printer Works. This way, repairs can be made without purchasing the whole, expensive High Voltage Transformer for just one spring!
